Amy Csoke
Promotions and Communication Manager
Amy has been with SU for over a decade in a variety of roles. She is passionate about children’s ministry, the Bible, and making things look pretty.
Lawson Murray
President
Lawson’s passion is Jesus. He serves with vision, passion and energy.
Dr. Lawson is an expert in Bible engagement and children’s ministry.
Shirley Kingston
Director of Finance and Operation
Shirley was an answer to prayer when she joined the team! Her financial genius and heart for Jesus make her a wonderful leader of our admin team.
Leslie Klotz
Administrative Assistant
Leslie’s not-so-secret talent is organizing, and she’s excellent with handling little details. You’ve likely spoken to her if you have called Scripture Union in the past.
Alison Leadsom
Administrative Assistant
Alison’s role requires knowing how to do a little bit of everything. From editing Bible guides to designing newsletters – and she does it so well.
Sydney Pierce
Sports Ministry Coordinator
Sydney served three summers with us as an intern before joining our team full-time. She’s passionate about hockey and Jesus.
Jonathan Murray
Director of Training and Outreach
Jonathan’s heart for sharing Jesus is so evident in his daily life. He is an excellent communicator who loves so genuinely. Jonathan runs SU Camps and our internship.
Joan Giesbrecht
theStory Administrator
Joan has served with us for over 20 years in administrative roles. TheStory has been an important part of her work as she coordinates the administrative side of our digital Bible guide.
Annabel Robinson
Publications Manager
Annabel enjoys reading the New Testament in its original Greek. She’s a retired professor who edits theStory Bible guide and writes for our blog. She also writes for Encounter With God.
Board of Directors
Scripture Union Canada has a Board of Directors who meet twice a year to oversee the governance of the ministry. The present Board is comprised of professionals in the business, education, church, journalism, and financial service sectors – Rev. Dr. Johnson Charles (Chair), Mrs. Julie Fitzgerald, Pastor Yvonne Ford, Mrs. Jessica Grimes, Mr. Beng Wee, Rev. George Anderson, Mr. Genga Arulampalam, and Rev. Daniel Mills. We are thankful for their sound fiscal and legal foresight, insight, and oversight of the ministry.

A Paid Internship in Sports and Children's Ministry
Each summer we hire post secondary students to help run our summer sports camps in Ontario. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow in your faith, develop leadership skills and gain ministry experience.
